game key expired ??

hi. i had fs13 on 3 previous laptops and a pc . re-downloaded it this moring and enterd the key at the beginning of the download and when it was down loaded i re-entered to start the game but it said on-line key limit exeeded .
is there anything i can do about this get the game working or do i have to re-buy and download it again ??
