UI issues on PS4

Hello,
I have an older television and it has a very small border on 1080. My UI cuts off at the borders even with my PS4's display shrunk as small as it can go. I tried the in game UI settings but it does not change the border, it only changes how large or small it is. Any way we can get a patch with the ability to change our UI borders? I would like to be able to read the bottom of the screen and see my selection tool!

Same here, but with a new TV... Parts of the map, helpwindow and bank account are cut off.

Tried changing the UI scale and FOV, but it stays cut off.

Yeah same issue with me aswell
