Controls Binding - Major Issues!

Hello,

Apparently, FS19 code is looking on our machines device registries for USB game controller devices to auto-populate as 'gamepad' device binds each time the client loads. This is a terrible approach! Please remove this code and allow players/users to start with a blank slate and bind device inputs how we would like!

The game is completely unplayable for me until this major issue is resolved.
