All because it works on their pcs doesn't mean it will work on others GIANTS PLEASE REMOVE THE STUPID RESOLOUTION SCALING its causing me nothing but problems and probably a few others that have the game problems that I never had before and most people didn't have either

They added it so that people with top of the line video cards can run the game at it's fullest potential. I personally hope they don't remove it because it makes the game look absolutely gorgeous on my GTX 1080. They just need to work the bugs out of it.

GTX 1060 3GB is not enough for ultra settings. This card can not handle extended lighting. I do not know what you expect from a weaker card...
Giants does not force you to scale the resolution. You can use whatever you want, of course, being aware of your PC's performance

Does changing this option help the stuttering issue? I have the 1060 6gb and although I do not expect to run at the highest settings, the low settings was not any better. In fact it was worse. The stuttering was worse then using medium to high.

Leave it at 100% and just let it run at it's native resolution. At 200% you're essentially trying to play the game at 1440p.
