I dont feel I insult anyone. If someone feels insulted, I apologize, but that was not my intention. What is offensive in my words?Guil wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2019 12:35 amYou can have your opinion but that doesn't mean you can be so insulting every time you post here. As I said previously, change it or action will be taken.mirceast19 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 11:21 pm
What is the tone that you dont like in this true story?
I do not insult, but I bought a product and I expect someone to answer and solve things. I am to blame if it does not work as it should and if nobody respond? What upsets my words?
You do what you want, but if you just moderate forums and words, without solving initial problem, you do not solve anything. Good luck with this! I really dont want to upset anyone, but someone - who has buttons up there - must feel responsible and do the right things. Fast.

I don't work for Giants or on the game so don't have any insight into anything in that regard but I do know that the patch will be out before the DLC.
Re: Introducing Community Coordinator Chris "O5-Chris" Stumpfer
And why can't they communicate with payers (customers) on a normal platform ??
Isn't it strange that the moderator has more posts than forum members? I wonder why? Because it's all right? Is everyone aware of the information they need? I know someone has just come, but there will be no change for a man.
Re: Introducing Community Coordinator Chris "O5-Chris" Stumpfer
What exactly do you mean by forum members? Normal members or Giants? I had probably over 3000 posts before I became a moderator.
Re: Introducing Community Coordinator Chris "O5-Chris" Stumpfer
At this moment you are more moderated by what? Whether? Why are there many dissatisfied customers? Why ca. every second topic is dissatisfied (about 4 months after the release). The problem is not always the problem, but because nobody knows anything.
Excessive Example:
You buy a new car. The first road goes wrong with the car. It brings you back. It takes 2-3 months. We will fix it and it will be good. Time is telling, at least they would say something about the situation, the brake is good, but the engine is not starting. This will be improved, it will be good next week, etc. ... But no one says anything, but new and new customers' cars are constantly being repaired, only you are not told you are ready.
This is nothing more than dealing with customers. Get out of what you want or know.

Sorry I don't understand the first question.
Re: Introducing Community Coordinator Chris "O5-Chris" Stumpfer
*Now, why are there many moderation on the forum?
Re: Introducing Community Coordinator Chris "O5-Chris" Stumpfer
I would like to say good luck to Chris. Hopefully he read the fine print very carefully before signing
On a more serious note, I wonder if Giants policy would allow the more sharing of information such as this is where we are with the patch and these are the issues. With Chris on board, basic questions can be answered, but it seems the information we are asking for is not possible to share. I am sure it would be up to Chris's boss and his boss's boss to decide on what can be shared.
