Flattening hills

Is there a way, once a tree covered hill has been harvested and cleared, to level the hill? Or at least smooth it out a bit.

You can you the flatten option in the landscaping tool to smooth the area. Seems to work for me.

I guess I should clarify. Not creating a map. I'm in the game and want to clear a tree covered hill to plow it and make it ready for planting.

In game you can smooth out the bumps left behind from the trees using the smooth tool in landscaping once trees have been cut down.

Use the “flatten” tool in the landscaping menu. Place on flat surface next to hill and flatten the hill from that point. It will take a boatload of money though
