[MORE INFO] Amazone condor 15001 issue

- Issue: SEEDER SCRAPES THE GROUND ALL THE TIME EVEN WHEN LIFTED UP
- Single- or Multiplayer: BOTH
- Steps to reproduce: JUST TEST IT ON ANY FIELD
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no WITH MODS
- Which vehicles & machines are involved: ANY TRACTOR + THE SEEDER.

It doesn't lift the seeder high enough to not touch and scrape the ground. Starts to be annoying when you, for example make a u-turn at the edge of a field and need to cross another field with the seeder. You need to turn it off just in case every time or you might seed the wrong field by accident.

The corn planter does it as well, the one from the HORSCH Pack, the one that was in fs17.

Yes it is. Sorry I dont know how to take a video demonstration and share it here directly on my PS4. The issue is less common when the ground is straight flat but even a slight change of elevation causes the seeder to scrape ground even when lifted up.
