Where can I find and download the pre-purchase bonus for the latest Platinum Edition of the game?

Edit don_apple: moved from FS17 section to FS19 section, since this seems to be related to the current version of the game.

That depends on where you bought it.
I assume people don't use Seasons, unless they say otherwise.
