The lease on things are taken out of your account as you use them by the hour.

but that's the thing, its not taken by the hour, its just happens occasionally and does not have any notices at all, like the lease cost, wage, etc. and then there is the midnight charge for vehicle leasing charge, which i assume is main cover.

No what he means is for every hour to put on the machine. You have to pay per hour on the tool not the clock

is not it supposed to be covered in the total leasing cost thats taken out, or at least have some notice to the player instead of invisible goblins mucking about in ur bank account?

There is an initial leasing cost and a per hour one. I don't think it notifies you on the per hour or I just never noticed it.

No Illinois is right. Once the leased item rolls over to the next hour used the hourly leasing fee gnomes snag up your wallet.

For some reason they can't wait for you to return the item, tally up the time, and bill you, like real life.

I'd guess its for simplicity and to stop a big shock lol. Could you imagine having a tractor or something leased and put a lot of hours on it, monster bill when you return it.

This happens to me occasionally, it says "-540$", but the amount is still the same. I make it do it when I wash front weights, it's a mod conflict of some sort, but I'm not to fussed. It takes money but gives it back?

Although, the O P leased the equipment, how big a bank loan do you have?
