Where can I download the base game?

I own steam version of FS19 but I recently bought another version of FS19 but it is Giants one https://www.gamivo.com/product/farming- ... ion-giants

I got license key which looks like this: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx and the other one is xxxxxxx 15 digits long which I can paste in https://eshop.giants-software.com/downloads.php

The one with 15 digits it says is for platinum addon and the another one, long one is for base game but since I can't find anywhere base game I can't paste it there... anyone can help me out?

By the way how can I be sure they're not activated by anyone else but me only?

As far as I know the key with the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx is actually for the DVD version of the game, therefore you won't be able to use that do download a digital copy of the game with it.

So I think you have been cheated by that online store, and therefore I would suggest to ask them for a refund.

If you want to get the non-Steam version of the game I'd suggest to buy it directly from GIANTS: https://www.farming-simulator.com/about ... latform=pc

Can I ask Giants to unlink/remove my mail from the 15 digits code so I can return the product to the online store? I send them mail but suddenly they didn't reply me. Someone told me to use the code so I pressed it in to find out it's actually only platinum expansion... I haven't downloaded it. I couldn't find anything saying I can't return the product as long as it's not past 14 days so there shouldn't be any problem right?

I'd like to return this product to the shop just need a confirmation my account was unlinked. I will buy Premium Steam version afterwards I don't want to have any more problems...

I'm being ignored for 3 days in a row, I send them another mail hoping for a reply but got nothing. Oh, well it's already 5 working days now, they were responding me for 2 days without problems but now it's silence. It will be past 1 week soon.

Thank you for ignoring me for 3 weeks it's past the 14 days return so you have my money now and I'm left with class DLC without base game so should I just post the code for everyone right now so they can download the DLC for free... annoying...

you saw the moderator's answers to your question, right? Did you contact the dealer (who probably tricked you)? Did you get in touch with GIANTS support as advised?

Shady Key-Reseller site tricks buyer, shock horror who would have predicted that. Giants not responding, more then likely because the Key that was provided to you by the site was probably stolen or had been bought originally with stolen card details. This is why you should always make sure you buy your games from the Official Outlets such as Giants own site, Steam, GOG, Epic etc. Never use Key sites because chances are if the price is too good to be true, then it probably is.
