Buying & Selling fields with Precision Farming

Post by ekeenan »

Can anybody confirm that the selling of a field back to the NPC farmer is bugged when using Precision Farming? I do know that without Precision Farming, when you sell a field back, it's usually not long until the NPC farmer starts working with the field. With Precision Farming, the field info shows the owner of the field, but nothing is done with it. I did start a new save just to test this and so far nothing. In this case, samples were not taken on the field.

I sold one field after installing PF an I'm pretty sure a crop grew back on it a day or two later ( that's in game days an I hadn't taking samples from that field like you)

Seasons or not?
That makes a big difference

In my case, no seasons. I guess it will take a couple game days for the NPC farmer to get back to work. I will keep an eye on it.
