Weigh Stations showing incorrect weight

Both large and small stations are affected. With "Trailer fill limit" set to off, we can fill a trailer beyond it's max weight, but the scales stop at the trailer weight + the load limit, and not the actual load. IE, if you load the very first trailer with 8000 liters of stones, it shows the weight at 8000, when it should be much higher.

Over time, though I could not get it to replicate on demand, the scales begin to show double and triple weights, as though the last load failed to be cleared from the scales.
