Translate PDA in FS22

I am sure this question has been asked before but I cannot find a solution no matter what I put in the search.

Could someone please tell me which file I need to edit so I can change the names/language in the PDA/Sales window?

All I can find is how to do it in FS17 & FS19.

In the ModDesc there are is a section called

<l10n>

that are translations.

For example:

<l10n>
<text name="fillType_Wheat">
<en>Wheat</en>
<de>Weizen</de>
<fr>Blé</fr>
</text>

You can change the items in bold to whatever you want.

I was hoping that I could do ...

... but it doesn't seem to work.
