Plowing Problem Since update

I have just tested a plough on a paddock iam harvesting and found that if nothing is being sprayed out the back of the harvester then you can plough the field no problems. However if you have the mulch coming out the back then it will not plough the dirt up. So giants it seems it is something to do with the mulch coming out the back of harvester.
