Question on the Premium Edition

I need to repurchase the FS 22 game due to issues with Steam. I want to buy it from Giants Directly. I also want to get the premium edition. Question is if I preorder the Premium edition now will i get the game and other previous releases now or do i have to wait until November to get any of it
