Big flat Texas on ps5

First time I’ve grown oats on this map and they say they are ready to harvest, but still incredibly green. Wondering if I’ve got a conflict somewhere that have made them not turn to the mature golden colour or if that’s the way the map was set up. Anyone else playing on this, very cool map?
Side note, the barley is ready to combine and is yellow

So I fast forward one month and everything turned to the yellow/gold color. It does have a green stubble look to it though.
I know the Sask map has the green feed oats that you’re talking about for sure

Thanks. I don’t think I ever read those map descriptions. Probably wouldn’t hurt to run the eyes over it.
