SHAPES file editing

Hi all,
quick question about editing .SHAPES file, what programs are you using to create or edit said files? All answers are welcome.

I have not heard of a program to directly edit the .SHAPES file (other than GE).

What is it you want to do? Maybe you want Blender, which is a 3D modeling program?
