Missing maya .i3d exporter fuctions

After following the 'Making crawlers for FS22' tutorial provided by GIANTS, I have found I am missing a selection of functions. The 'shader-tools' as highlighted below do not seem to appear in version 9.0.3 found on the GDN. The image is a screengrab from the tutorial.

Is there a way to get these functions?
