Gooseneck/adjustable hitch suddenly not working???

Anyone notice the GN and bumper hitch adjustments not working?

I have the Silverado with service bed and the lizard 40ft autoload flatbed with ramps on 2 different saves and maps. After starting a new game I noticed the ramps don't contact the ground. The trailer is much lower in front but even tho controls window shows adjustment of GN height it will not move. Same on the adjustable bumper hitch.

My tipper body, not same 40ft GN will adjust tho.

I have not specifically had those items be an issue as I am new and haven't used them. I have had an issue with the forks on my loader not raising and lowering. They would tilt, narrow, and widen just fine. I dropped the forks and it didn't seem to fix it. I was getting ready to ask about it on here when I dropped them again and nudged them around. They started working again. Repairing them didn't fix the issue either. They just started randomly working again. I am thinking this could be a similar issue to what you are experiencing with your hitch adjustments.
