Forestry (playing on PS4)

I seem to have major problems picking up logs. I have tried all the Forestry machines and loaders and still struggle picking them up. I seem to prefer the rigid vehicle... the two telehandlers. Anyone have any advice?

At least I found a good trick for unloading... I use the log container on the ITRunnet and unload the container from the trailer in the Delivery Box which saves trying to pick the logs up to put them in the box.
