map mods

Sorry, but I am new to this...

I have downloaded the new maps for fs17. Once they have been downloaded, it asks me to restart to complete the download. I do so and it shows me the downloads that I have just done. Everything works except for the new maps. For example, the new rattlesnake map, I start a new game on it, but it never stops loading. It shows the hour glass doing its thing, but never loads. How do I correct this problem? Every single map that has been downloaded does the exact same thing.

I have downloaded numerous other items, such as the john deere tractor, the ballenboy, the weights, etc. Everything works except the maps!!!

I want to play the other maps!!!

I'm not to sure that's gonna help though. How did you download these maps. In game or to desktop?

Edit: also is your game up to date? Should be on ver. 1.4.2

Yes I am up-to-date on ver 1.4.2. I am downloading these maps in game. Like I said, all the other downloads work, except for the maps.

I guess I'm at a loss then. If you could, like the princess said, upload your log.text following these instructions so someone can have a look at it.

Have you tried to ONLY enable one map mod in the mod selection screen? It could be a conflict between multiple map mods.

I always ensure I have only 1 map mod enabled.

I have tried to only have the one map open as well. I will try to do the log text thingy!!

Ok, I guess I'm just dumb...sorry, I don't have a clue where to get this log.text thing from. I've gone into that log.text thing, but where do I get the stuff that you guys want to see and how do I post it???

You have two options:
- take the file and attach it to your next post. In the full editor and preview there is an attachment option below where you would post a reply.
OR
- copy and paste all of the contents of the log.text into a spoiler. Again in the full editor and preview chose the spoiler option and paste the log.text contents in between the spoiler markers

We would like to see the whole log, everything from the top of the page to the bottom of the page.
