Maybe we'll get alfalfa as a crop type.

That "Goofy looking dude" is the marketing manager of Giants, so better be nice to him because he decides what information about FS19 is publicised before the release of the game.

Maybe introducing horses will usher in farming without fuel. Single-bottom plows pulled by horses. Harvesting wheat with a hand scythe. No electricity. Horse-drawn carriages. Candlelit headlights. That all sounds terribly relaxing. Then again, I live in Amish country.

Maybe the horses are for dog food.

Hopefully some real Logging equipment to start out with, like maybe a skidder at least, or something affordable you can drag trees with.

They really need a chain as a cheap pulling device. It's well known by farmers as the most valuable tool on the farm.

Naive to think that information about the release of a product would be withheld based on personal comments. Financial incentives surely outweigh the costs of personal feelings in business. Unless commerce has changed over the 5 years since I retired.

Your interpretation. Original post asked "what do you make of this?" That was what I took away from a picture of a guy standing in front of FS19 sign. Much the same as the threads on here about what would you like to see in FS19. No new functionality is being added to FS19 at this late date. Project managers are not perusing forum ideas and implementing code based on Billy Bob's great new idea.

that would nice, horses could go to auction for ranches. there would be many reasons..this wouldn't go over well in gameland..but dog food.like pigs..bacon mmmmm.
