Old plowed land visible from a distance

Hi, I'm having a bit of a graphical glitch after resetting the fruit_density and cultivator_density files of my save (made a new save, and copied those files from the new save to my main save). Basically I can see the old colouring of the ground at a distance, from before I reset the map. For example, before the reset I had extended a field, and then after the reset the ground where I had extended the field still looked cultivated/dark brown at a distance, even though it is now grass:


So basically, is there a way to force-reset the low res mapping of my save?
