Drive Control and Dedicated Server

when running Drive Control Mod on Dedicated Server....
Can players set which modules to use individually? Or is there a "global" setting on the server?
If players can set modules, is that done the same way as in single player?

If you have FTP access to your dedicated server, you can turn on and off the modules by modifying the config.xml and uploading that to your server. But not all dedicated hosts allow you FTP access. But as an example, shuttle control can be left on and users accessing your MP can just hold the space bar down to deactivate just as its done in single player.
