Game freezes when i getting in the combine

The game freezes when i entering any combine, on both maps.
I'm using the Logitech G29 (steering wheel) with Saitek side panel.

I think the Saitek side panel is the problem for this issue.
I tested every combination and find out when i don't use the Saitek side panel then there is no problems.
When i use only the Saitek side panel then the game will freezes when I'm entering any combine.

Is there a setting what can give this problem or is it a FS19/Saitek problem.
