Multiplayer games will not load

Hi there,. Hoping someone can help. I am unable to join any multiplayer games on PC. I go to join a game, the loading screen pops up with the spinning dots at the top left. The game then just hangs on that screen , for 20mins if I leave it there. Iam running an i7 quad core laptop. 2tb hdd , 8gb ram , gtx650m with 4gb vram , and have fibre broadband at 35mbps. I have never had any problems playing FS17 and have played all the Farming Simulators from FS09 to this one. I have to say that this release is by far the best, amazing graphics , incredible true to life imagery. Well done Giants.
