Hi! I have the same issue, the mouse controls to look left and right suddenly stopped working, and now only work in the Manitou for me. Apparently unplugging your conroller device (steering wheel or joystick etc) and restarting the game helps. Not ideal but a workaround. Using a steering wheel plus frontloader type equipment with mouse appears to cause issues.

Another thing, @panda, try going to the main settings and turning off (or on and then off again) the Head/Eye tracking setting! this just fixed a similar bug for me!

It appears to have been the update that happened that morning reset my joystick controls (my joysticks are very old and have a bit of drift to them) so they were overriding my mouse with the joystick controls... -.- I just unplugged them and it fixed it >.>
