CAN'T TERREFORM GROUND TO PLACE A BUILDING?!

Hello, so in Ravenport I bought the second land where field 19 is and when I try to place a shed or a farmhouse it just says that it can't change the ground to fit there... I tried to put placables there where they would already be if you start on esiest mode. I saw other YouTubers playing in Ravenport and they had no issues placing sheds or farmhouses there where I tried, but couldn't... What's up with that?? Is that a bug? Because I need more sheds and I just can't use that big space at all. It doesn't even let me place things where its almost flat. Please help with that. Btw I also tried changing the height of placables and using C for grids, but no success. Help please. Thank you
