Everything is a little pixelated

So my game is a little pixelated, but the only place I really nice is everything in the cab, like I can’t read the dash or the monitor as it is too blurry for when I want to play realistic. What setting changes this? I have everything turned up fairly higher, my graphics card can handle it I’m just unsure of the setting to change

They are just fixed images sometimes and don't display anything.
