Computer RAM question

I have an ACER Nitro 5 17" laptop with i7, 16G RAM RTX 3050Ti and 1TB SSD. Everything runs great so far. Only exception is Emerald Coast map. I know it is a huge map with a lot of detail, but I have noticed a drop in FPS and stuttering on this map. Will upgrading to 32G of RAM have any affect?

Nope, game uses like 3-4 GB of RAM. CPU/GPU are main things you wanna upgrade. Also every system is different and some maps are poorly optimized and won't run very well.
