Grimme BM 300 Safety Wheels ?

I have a question about Grimme BM 300 In the descripton it says it needs Safety Wheels ?

I cant find any tractor with "Safety Wheels" ??

there is a green tractor(i cant remember the name) but it has care wheels(says it in description) im sure this is what its referring to, as care wheels/safety wheels, are simply narrow thin wheels used to spray/harvest so as to do as little damage to a crop as possible.
