mod tutorial voice over - extremely annoying

I have no idea what it is, but the voice over instructor for the modding tutorials grates on my nerves. His accent makes me want to strangle him with a molten razor wire. Not sure what it is, but this really isn't a troll. I can't stand listening to the guy for more than a few minutes without becoming extremely annoyed. I was wondering if this was happening with other people, or if it's just me. I have to say the voice quality sounds well produced, and there's a lot of good information in the tutorials for new modders (like me). It's just, I really can't stand the guys voice; let me apologize to the voice actor in advance, but it really isn't personal. I just can't stand it.

I was wondering if others had the same experience, or if it's just me?

I think it is produced computerized, so they can put it in many languages
